「I ordered superior room from 28/4 to 4/5. So far, the staffs were very helpful and friendly that I have ever seen. However, the assigned room was not like the room’s description posted at their Langham hotel official website. They mention that the hotel room features large picture windows, plenty of natural daylight, and a gorgeous courtyard or city view. But, my room did not have any view. 「When I originally booked this room, the hotel was under a different management company/group. When the change was made, I received multiple emails/comms regarding the change which I appreciated. There was no change to my room or booking. The room was small but had all the proper amenities. We only stayed one night but had we stayed longer, I think the size of the room would have made a negative impact. We had an issue with our A/C but using the WhatsApp, they were able to guide me through...

「The hotel is so stylish, with good location, friendly and efficient staff. The WiFi is at fast speed. The hotel also provides variety choices for breakfast especially fruits. There are a no of restaurants around, near to Paddington station and bus stations.」
