We had a twin room which was small but had everything we needed. It was clean and the staff were very helpful. We left our luggage there prior to check in time and on our last day free of charge. For a trip to London where all you need is a clean and comfortable place to sleep and shower this budget hotel is perfect.

Close to King's Cross St. Pancras Railroad Station and it's many shops and cafes. This was important because I had only a five minute walk to catch my train to Paris very in the morning of my last day in London. Good fan in the room to cool things down on the occassional hot days in London. Easy access to many subway and bus lines. Room was affordable, small but adequate. Very clean. Good wifi. Sometimes some street noise in the early morning. Friendly staff.

A few things I wish I had known- there are no elevators or AC in this property and the rooms are very tight! Much smaller than I anticipated - especially the bathrooms. Location was great - right across from kings cross station. Amenities were minimal. I personally didn’t find staff to be the friendliest but they did have front desk availabilities 24-7.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The young man who checked us in carried our bags up the stairs since they do not have a lift. And they did the same upon checkout. They even allowed us to store our bags for free after checkout since we were not going to the airport until 6 pm. There are a few nice restaurants nearby and St. Pancras Station is just a 5 minute walk. Would recommend.
