「This hotel was not worth the money we spent to stay at it. The carpet in the rooms were sticky, there were no vents in the bathrooms so they were always damp and all of the linens on the beds felt damp with the air conditioner on. We had other family staying at the hotel as well and they said the pool area was gross, we didn’t even go in there. The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast.」

「The room was clean, but there was only 1 ice maker in the building working. This screams they are struggling financially. The desk clerk was surly. They also told me twice about a “staff shortage today”, which encouraged the belief in financial issues. The internet was insufficient to open websites on my phone. I had to sit by the window to use my phone! I ask for extra towels TWICE in 1 day & never got any. I dried off with a hand towel this morning. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Too many...

「Close drive to Milwaukee. Pool was cold. Hot tub was hot. Towels available. Quick check in. As we walked into the room ac was on it was freezing. We had to turn on heat to get it comfortable. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Olive Garden next door. Small breakfast room but breakfast was good. Front Desk staff was friendly.」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」

「We arrived super early and thought there would be no way known we would be able to check in early. We decided to ask, explained that we were driving to a Celebration of Life in Oshkosh, but didn't need to get there for another 3 hours. The lovely lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and said she would see if a room was available. There was and it made a huge difference to tired travelers who had only gotten 1.5 hours sleep. The coffee helped too😁.」

「Everything was very clean, staff friendly, nothing was skimped on. Plenty of towels, bathroom mirror is lighted and wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.」
