「I just checked out of this apartment and feel compelled to leave an honest review to warn future guests. The hygiene and cleanliness of the place were completely unacceptable. It was obvious that the host had not taken cleaning seriously at all. I found strands of hair on the bed and pillows, which made me question whether the sheets had even been changed. In the bathroom, there was used shower gel left behind, which had not been thrown away – a very clear sign that the place wasn’t properly...

「Nicolette was lovely and helpful. Room was clean and cheerful. Nice touches in the lobby. We do prefer a firmer mattress but it wasn’t really an issue. We’d be happy to return and recommend to friends. Thank you.」

「There were 77 steps in this hotel, no elevator and carrying luggage up the steps was really annoying. The staff was not cooperative, not ready to store your luggage without a charge. The photos are completely deceptive and the hotel was unclean. Nobody comes for the maintenance of your room. And it is like a horror film once you enter. There were 5 doors to open and old fashioned keys to open each door. In my opinion it was like an escape room. This was a terrible stay. Some good things were the...
