「這是一個老房子，所以對於設施就不要有太多的期待，房間也有一點點悶。但除此之外一切都很棒。地點非常方便之外服務更是沒話說，旅館人員都很真誠熱情又不過分叨擾，早餐也非常有誠意，用餐環境有中世紀的感覺，旅館也有提供拖鞋跟飲水機還有免費飲料，總體來說是非常滿意的一次住宿。」

「可能是老房子的關係，電源配置很奇怪，流理台的排水非常緩慢，使用上有困擾，很多地板其實不平整，走路要小心，甚至會震動到周遭的裝置物～～～」

「Strong smell in bathroom.... like dead rat smell.. and it can not be fixed within one days .... it’s terrible to stay for few days in this hotel.」

「Best place we've stayed at during our Europe trip. It was nice to finally get a room with proper working AC (2 mini splits in the room to be exact). Restroom and shower were a good size as well. Location was great. The host was also very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again. It was a breath of fresh air during our trip since all the other places were always hot and very tiny. Room was also very clean.」

「A nice owner who provided clear tour information; a nice house, nice environment and atmosphere; but have noise from the street in the early morning. If the room or anywhere in the house could provide water boiling machine or hot water (even no breakfast), it would be good.」

「It’s closed to Pisa airport, only within 10mins walk. Good for catch the early morning flights. Clean and the staffs are nice」

「I just checked out of this apartment and feel compelled to leave an honest review to warn future guests. The hygiene and cleanliness of the place were completely unacceptable. It was obvious that the host had not taken cleaning seriously at all. I found strands of hair on the bed and pillows, which made me question whether the sheets had even been changed. In the bathroom, there was used shower gel left behind, which had not been thrown away – a very clear sign that the place wasn’t properly...
