Great location, the hotel is acceptable, not bad if you want a very centric location. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby
This place was absolutely fantastic! The room was beautifully clean. We had all the necessary things we would want, and it was so close to everything, especially some really good places to have breakfast or a glass of wine and lunch. Cannot say enough good things about this place, especially Cynthia, who was extremely helpful with everything we needed and the cleaning staff they were so,so good!!
Great property in the heart of the main plaza. The rooms were modern and the bathrooms immaculate. We also have one of the suites which had a strong English 19th century style, less modern but well done. There is no real common area in the hotel, but it was quiet, safe and very convenient. Fall out of the hotel and into the main plaza.
Had a wonderful experience at Palazzina Fusi. The rooms were spacious with a nice view of the city square. The breakfast downstairs was delicious. We tried the buffet. There are many shops, restaurants and cafés nearby so it was convenient. I would definitely come back and stay here again.
Can’t beat the location - minutes
To a lot of the main sites, shopping and restaurants. Very private and secured, the rooms were very clean, updated and quiet. We felt very happy there. My only recommendation would be to add a few hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothes while taking a shower other than that fabulous. Highly recommend and staff helpful when needed.
Location of this apartment/hotel was great, if a little tricky to find because it's just a door in the city. Rooms were a little old and could use some refurbishing, but it is a historic building in the center of a historic city. I would stay here again, especially considering the affordability
The location is excellent for visiting the main attractions in Florence. The staff was very friendly at all times. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Thanks!!
Perfect location! We arrived earlier than expected and were able to check in an hour ahead of time. Our window opened to the piazza and I loved opening the windows from time to time and people watching. Only negative was climbing 4 flights of stairs daily, but that was our fault because we did not notice the elevator stopped on each floor (we thought it was for service only). Oh well, it allowed us to burn the calories from all the gelato we ate. Mattress was very comfortable as well. If we return to Florence, I will absolutely stay in the same room!
The breakfast was honestly the best I’ve ever had, which really stood out and made the stay more enjoyable. The space itself was nice overall, but one of the rooms had an unpleasant smell, and the shower drain was clogged, which was frustrating.
It’s also worth noting that the location is right in the centre, so it can be a bit loud, especially at night.
Overall, it was an okay stay.
Overall, the best thing about this hotel was the location it’s in the middle of everything which we wanted since it was a quick stay generally, I would not want to stay in the heart of tourism. I didn’t feel like the hotel itself was relatively clean. the elevator broke we were on the fourth floor thus we had to carry our bags up and down multiple flights of stairs multiple times there was no staff available to complain about the elevator. Overall, the second bedroom is not really a second bedroom almost like a living room room with a pullout and the amenities in there were very scarce. Also, the bedding was terrible thankfully for us. We were only there for about 36 hours so it served its purpose. I would not recommend this place for anyone unless you are there for less than 24 hours with no bags and are willing to walk up and downstairs. I also feel like it was overpriced for what it was.
