We loved our room at the Villa Royal. It was large, clean, and had a nice bathroom and beautiful scrolled molding on the ceiling in the bedroom. Nice amenities in the bathroom, and a separate closet with a coffee area. It was a 2 block easy walk to the main hotel, and the staff was great! They walked back with us to our B&B, showed us how to access the room, and carried our luggage up the short steps to the room. No issues and we would definitely stay again.

Make sure that if you book this hotel for b&b and you want a pool that you are staying at this hotel or you end up round the corner in another place not what I thought I had booked

This property is owned by the Hotel down the street. We were able to walk there and use the pool area and bar. This property is walking distance to the historic cathedral and the bell tower. You are close to a variety of restaurants and stores.
