Very close to SMN train station. They kept our bag for us after checkout so we can still enjoy Florence for the rest of the day. WiFi was spotty inside our bedroom but as soon as you step out into the hallway the signal is stronger.

The only 3 stars out of 5 on this property is due to its location. It's a 3 min walk to the train station and 5-10 mins to San Lorenzo market and dining around Santa Maria Novella. For U$260/night in late Sep/early Oct, room is in a depressing state with wallpaper peeling off, lamps attached to wall are uneven, and everything looks extremely old including the tiny bathroom.

I really enjoyed my stay here with reasonable price. Although the check-in location was different from the actual accommodation place, I actually found this more convenient—it allowed me to use two different entrances that suited my travel plans. If you're visiting Florence in the summer, the air conditioning here works excellently—even feels cool and refreshing. The room was also more spacious than general standard hotel rooms, which made the stay certain degree comfortable.

The location is convenient, however the suite lacks good maintenance: night table light doesn't work, wall paper is peeling, hooks don't stay in place, drainage is slow, the bathroom has strong sewage smell and the bed sheet has stains on it that I had to ask to change it upon our arrival...the pictures on their website are deceiving, not worth the money!

Hospedagem anexa a um hotel, cheguei cedo e deixei as malas na recepção, quando retornei no fim do dia as malas já estavam no quarto, o que foi ótimo, muito próximo a estação SMN o que facilita muito nos bate e volta. Funcionários e limpeza muito boa. A única situação é o tamanho do Box do banheiro que é muito pequeno e quando toma banho molha todo o banheiro. Voltaria com certeza

Το ξενοδοχειο βρισκεται σε πολυ κεντρικο σημειο διπλα στον σιδηροδρομικο σταθμο της πολης.Το δωματιο ηταν ανετο με ψηλο ταβανι,ζεστο,με ηχομονωση και μεγαλο ανετο κρεβατι.Ηταν παρα πολυ καθαρο το μπανιο και τα κλινοσκεπασματα.Το προσωπικο ηταν πολυ βοηθητικο

Pra pernoitar em Florença muito bom. Área próxima da estação entao precisa ficar atento. Só achei confuso porque é um prédio que abriga outros hotéis e você tem que fazer o chekin em outro hotel. Calefação excelente , produtos de toiletd de boa qualidade , fica bem perto da Catedral

Boa localização porém barulhento

O ponto positivo é a proximidade com a estação de trem e algumas ruas principais. O hotel tem um elevador bem pequeno e antigo. Os quartos era extremamente barulhentos, portas barulhentas. No último dia, no andar de cima ficavam arrastando móveis. Terrível!! O café da manhã é ótimo e a hospitalidade dos atendentes também. Não tinham serviço de quarto. Ficamos 3 noites e não houve limpeza e nem troca de toalhas.
