「From the moment the bus dropped us at gate the service began as it’s a very vast property they use buggy’s to take you around if finding it difficult to walk. There was always somewhere to sit by any of the 3 pools or cabanas on the grass. Easy access to beach as well in all an amazing hotel with superb restaurants.」

「Pool was lovely, although not the best for kids. Towel service was nice, although sunbeds weren’t particularly well designed around the pool to enjoy from different areas. But there were plenty of you were happy to sit away from the pool. Breakfast quality and choice was disappointing, in particular for gluten free. 「I am staying at the Madrid Marriott Hotel Princesa Plaza and the breakfast is far way better than at Tropical. My wife was happy with everything except the breakfast buffet. My son got sick, so he stopped eating breakfast. Definitely the breakfast buffet does not meet the standard of such high quality resort. Please take advice from the Marriott Hotel.」
