"L’hôtel se situe dans un endroit incroyablement beau, les chambres sont spacieuses et bien entretenues malgré quelques signes de vieillissement, Globalement le personnel est plutôt sympathique et serviable bien que parfois un peu rustre, ce qui peut s’expliquer par le grand nombre de résidents et les exigences de qualité de l’hôtel. un bémol l’absence de place de Parking à l’hôtel. Nous avons quand même réussi à trouver des places aux alentours gratuites. Peut-être que j’y retournerai hors saison, ça devrait être plus détendu"

"Great place to stay. Only 2 negative comments, first, entertainment was limited to 1 hour ???? We are on holiday and would like to dance and sing, and enjoy our evenings Second, food was basic at the restaurant, burgers, ect. We ended up eating at a nearby restaurant where the staff were so friendly and the menu was just unbelievable for the price. Apart from that it was a good place to stay but not knowing that los gigantes is built on the hillside you need to be prepared for a pleasant walk down to beach and harbour ect and a really exhausting walk back uphill in the heat, not good for us pensioners, but all in all a great place."

"Beautiful balcony views of Atlantic Ocean, Gigantes cliffs and sun sets. It feels like a high quality resort. Apartments are spacious and clean and everything is modern and high quality. Would go again."

"Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom floor in the main bathroom was dirty, cleaned it ourselves. No bar/snack bar open ,which we were not told about. Last year when we stayed it was open and you couldn't have your own food/drinks, so they need to sort out what the rules are. Pool is heated and good.sun lougers could do with replacing as they are very uncomfortable. Overall a pleasant stay for the price"

"Overall, the hotel was good. The room was clean. Small maintenance is need, the lock on the patio doors didn’t work and the door to the room would intermittently fail to lock. The breakfast had good variety of food. Staff were friendly and helpful."
