Clean, modern, staff very friendly and no requests was ever too much. Food was above average in the buffet, lots of fish and meat options. The al a carte restaurants were superb, particularly the Teppanyaki.

Clean rooms, excellent staff, great food, great hotel. Perfect for a quiet relaxing vacation. Entertainment is quite early and located away from the main hotel bar area making the evenings a bit boring.

Happy to recommend!

We had a lovely comfortable and spacious room with a sea view, that got the morning sun. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel. The pool areas are lovely with plenty of sunbeds to relax in. The staff were pleasant & friendly at all times. The dining room is very pleasant and there was always a wonderful choice of interesting dishes available to suit all tastes.

An amazing find

Had a short week away in Tenerife in this fantastic hotel. Everything was perfect from the food to the rooms and the very friendly staff who can’t do enough for you. One recommendation to increase revenue would be to have a QR code on each table by the pool so you could order drinks and maybe ice creams.

Amazing staff, extremely helpful. always smiling and nothing seems to much trouble. This property is ideal for very young families but, not really for those with teenagers, as there is little for them to do and no entertainment at all for them.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Lovely food and excellent service in all areas. Very geared up to entertaining children so we were pleased we were in a quieter part of the hotel away from the noise! Could not fault the fantastic room we had on the 5th floor of El Beso building! Would return if I could guarantee the same room. First Tenerife experience - excellent!

Friendly helpful staff. Food options were pretty good. Gala dinner on 25 Dec was delicious. Spacious room. Pity about loud music from neighbouring hotel so couldn’t enjoy our balcony with lateral sea view very much. Coffee in room was tasteless and horrible. It certainly did not reflect a hotel in a 5 star category.

Great for families but Kids club needs a makeover

We had a fantastic stay at this H10 hotel, especially as a family with kids. The hotel was super child-friendly, with plenty of activities to keep little ones entertained. The buffet was amazing—great variety and high quality—and the service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. The only downside was the kids’ club, which lacked a good toy assortment. Some toys were either broken or not very clean, which was disappointing given the hotel’s standard. That said, the staff there were absolutely lovely. Overall, we had a great experience and would still highly recommend it for families!

The resort is beautiful. Rooms are large and comfortable. A truly relaxing place. My only complaint is the dining options. The Italian restaurant is very good. Difficult to get a reservation. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Did not want buffet for dinner. The Japanese restaurant was closed on the weekend. Tried for a reservation on Monday and Tuesday they were completely booked. Long story short we ate Italian 3 nights and then gave in to buffet.
