Room is perfect for family. Ample of space. Food is decent. It is not a big resort which is what we were after as we don’t like huge crowd and chaos. Pool is clean, one salted, one not. Two beach close by, one black sand, one normal. The paddle courts are a plus but they are extra to pay for. In short, a hotel you would want to stay again.

We had an updated room with larger balcony fitting two sun beds and two lounger chairs. Very friendly staff throughout hotel although breakfast staff were a bit more task focussed. Overall a very pleasant stay in a more than pleasant hotel.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The location - slightly removed from the madding crowd, but still close enough to walk. The architecture. The tropical garden. The rooms. The food. The service. We walked by several of the other top notch hotels and decided the Tivoli beat the others hands down. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if we returned.

This was our first time at a resort and Tivoli la Caleta Resort has set the bar very high. From the moment we arrived it was excellent service from the bellhop to the attendant to the cleaning staff. We were at the property for five nights and the level of service was high the entire time. Our room was lovely, the amenities outstanding and fantastic turn down service every night. An incredible experience and one that we hope to enjoy again soon. The views are stupendous, we had a meal at the poolside bar and enjoyed breakfast every morning. The area immediately surrounding the resort was calm and quiet and there is a sidewalk that extends to the boardwalk that was well lit at night. I cannot say enough food things about our experience. We also used the spa services and they were superb.
