「Sometimes the music is too loud 😉 by the pool which slightly spoils the peace - I wonder if there can be an hour a day with peaceful, quieter music. My only serious complaint is the huge amounts of air freshener that seems to be pumped out in many areas. Is that necessary by the sea? Fresh air smells are better. 」

「Amazing hotel. Great staff and amazingfood. I loved my stat..never seen such great hotel staff. Nice location 10 minutes to the beach. Not so great for people with limited mobility as they will need to catch a taxi back from the beach for €4 as the hotel is uphill . Would definitely go back. Well done to the management.」

「Had a lovely mini break in the Tivoli hotel in April. It is a beautiful hotel in an ideal location. Gorgeous restaurants are a short walking distance away along the coast on either side. The hotel has a very chilled atmosphere with very friendly staff. Played some golf while there which the staff helped organise. Lovely breakfast in the morning and the Beach Club and Guilty restaurant great options. Plenty of room around the pool. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.」

「This is a fantastic hotel. All the staff were professional and kind and went above and beyond. The food was excellent in all the restaurants and we enjoyed evening drinks in the lovely bar. Yoga and Pilates with Francesca and Isabel were a perfect start to the day. Excellent classes. We will definitely be trying other VINCCI hotels. Thank-you to all staff. 」

「El hotel tiene una entrada majestuosa. En el séptimo piso, donde me alojé estaban en obras, y empezaron desde temprano por la mañana con ruidos molestos; cosa que no se mencionó al hacer el check in. Eché en falta un par de botellitas de agua de cortesía , y al ir a buscar una al minibar , estaba vacío. Además había unas hormiguitas minúsculas, campando a sus anchas en una de las mesillas de noche . Busqué el nido pero no pude encontrarlo. Lo comenté con la señora de la limpieza y me dijo que...

「We are a couple both aged 23 - absolutely loved Colon Guanahani. The hotel is for the relaxers, we were one of few younger couples mostly older ladies and gents. Beautiful, beautiful hotel unique in its modern but homely natural style. Area was beautiful so much nicer than places we walked to, we were so happy we chose this hotel over others we seen that we had considered when booking. No hassle in the morning putting down towels next to the pool everyone just found their area. No tacky towel’s...

「Good rooms spoilt by noisy traffic. Essentially you are getting a fully serviced luxury villa plus some public areas typical of the hotel. The gardens are lush and the rooms lavish. There is much to entertain the eye, the hotel designer seems to have had an extravagant budget and the rooms are crammed with a melange of elegant objects. Sadly no thought was given to the labours of the housekeeping team, and there are pockets of evidence suggesting that the miracles required to keep the clutter...

「신혼여행으로 휴식 + 관광을 하고싶어서 테네리페 + 바르셀로나를 택했습니다. 강행군으로 한국에서 테네리페까지 비행기를 총 19시간을 타고도 도착하자마자 피로가 싹풀리는 느낌이였어요 4박을 머물렀는데 24시간 리셉션과 큰 풀장 두개와 테라스에 있는 작은풀장까지 최고의 숙소였어요 휴식 너무 행복하게 지내고갑니다 감사합니다 제가 가본 그리고 가볼곳중에 최고의 숙소였다고 자신합니다!!」

「Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.」
