「The people and the service and the quality of the environment were outstanding. Alex and Fran on the front reception were wonderful (and we were difficult as I needed a great room to work in and my wife had interviews for CNN and a podcast to do) and Alex and Fran made everything sparkle. The buffet was brilliant (I’m vegetarian and my wife is highly carnivorous) and we both ate extremely well. 「Très bon hôtel, idéalement situé avec un accès direct à la meilleure plage de sable noir de Adeje. Grand parking pour laisser la voiture. Le buffet le soir est varié avec bar à salade, un côté viande, un coté poisson. Les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisé et la taille de l’hôtel fait que les femmes de ménages commencent tôt, heuresement vous pourrez vous reposer au bord des 3piscines ou à la plage. Nous avons été début mai 2025 et il y avait majoritairement des personnes âgées.」

「This is an amazing small hotel inside the big hotel. All the amenities are beautiful with an impeccable service. All rooms are overlooking the ocean. There was an easy beach access from the pool area. We also had full access to the spa. Our room was very comfortable with sliding separating if the sleeping area from the sitting area. Overall, fantastic choice for a relaxing adult vacation. 」

「Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. (Wir konnten bei der Reinigung auch eine andere Suite einsehen.) Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, welches wir an der Rezeption, sowohl beim Frühstück, als auch an der Poolbar und im Restaurant (Alma) erleben konnten. Frühstück und Speisen im Restaurant sind top. Die Buchung der Massage, können wir auch empfehlen.」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」
