「The staff were very good, friendly and helpful. Although situated on the coast, the beach was three minutes walk away, it wasn’t exclusive to the hotel. The food was very disappointing, too much thought on the presenting of the dish but the taste didn’t match up!. Breakfast was the best meal. Limited choice of wines, especially new world wines. In my opinion not worth the extra cost of the prestige rooms. I loved the Porte cockerel to the hotel and reception area, quite luxurious!.」

「From the moment the bus dropped us at gate the service began as it’s a very vast property they use buggy’s to take you around if finding it difficult to walk. There was always somewhere to sit by any of the 3 pools or cabanas on the grass. Easy access to beach as well in all an amazing hotel with superb restaurants.」

「Très bel hôtel, avec des jardins vraiment magnifiques et une proximité très agréable avec la plage et la promenade en bord de mer. Chambre très belle également. Seuls petits bémols : la vue de ma chambre était moyenne et, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, l’absence de vraie machine à café et de pantoufles est un peu dommage. Il n’y avait également ni bureau ni chaise dans la chambre, ce qui est assez handicapant lorsqu’on a besoin de travailler un peu. Sinon, le reste était très bien.」

「Pool was lovely, although not the best for kids. Towel service was nice, although sunbeds weren’t particularly well designed around the pool to enjoy from different areas. But there were plenty of you were happy to sit away from the pool. Breakfast quality and choice was disappointing, in particular for gluten free. Bed was comfy Room appeared clean, but there were tiny bugs that were around the room in places. This hotel attracts a lot of older / retired people, and lots of different...

「I am staying at the Madrid Marriott Hotel Princesa Plaza and the breakfast is far way better than at Tropical. My wife was happy with everything except the breakfast buffet. My son got sick, so he stopped eating breakfast. Definitely the breakfast buffet does not meet the standard of such high quality resort. Please take advice from the Marriott Hotel.」

「Overall good stay - available parking even though very tight spots, great location really close to the strip and restaurants, big gym, spacious rooms and amenities. The bedding could've been cleaner and it seemed ridiculous to pay for beach towels and to play pool or table tennis, but overall good $$ for value.」
