We visited as a family and loved the resort. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff were helpful and resort amenities were fantastic. Location provided great access to beaches and boardwalk as well as restaurants and stores.

Location: Great location as its on the main board walk in town and allows you to walk either east or west to other areas. Easy access from the main island highway. Hotel: Very nice, quiet with great amenities. We had VIP access which was wonderful and we utilized each day.Room: Very nice, quiet, spacious with good views. I would certainly stay here again.

Very relaxing hotel. Very clean rooms, food was excellent both quality and variety, staff are very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the constant understated and relaxing live music from breakfast to evening. Overall just a lovely hotel.

If you book this hotel, make sure you choose the “Preferred Club” option. The location is excellent, and the hotel itself is nice and cozy. The pool is not very large, but it is big enough. The staff were great, except for one person who ruined an entire evening for us, I am not exaggerating! I still cannot believe someone could act so unprofessionally. There is no private hotel beach area, There is no beach access directly to the beach, so if access to the beach is important to you, I would not recommend booking this hotel. Although I booked the Preferred Club option, the bathroom was very outdated. We raised this on the second day, and the staff kindly offered us another room, but it did not feel worth the effort to move. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning in the room worked very well.

An amazing hotel run by friendly staff in a fantastic location. The hotel is decorated with beautiful tropical plants, secluded from the coastal strip but close enough for lovely views from the bar. The food is a mix, great breakfast and lunch options but felt that dinner was poor, both in the booked restaurants and buffet. A small shame in an otherwise splendid hotel overall.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a lovely terrace. Housekeeping was excellent, with fresh towels and amenities provided daily. I really enjoyed the morning gym sessions — the female and male instructors were both fantastic and very motivating. The restaurant was great, and afternoon tea in the lounge was a highlight. Although the hotel isn’t directly on the beach, it’s within easy walking distance, with many bars and restaurants nearby. I would happily stay here again.
