「圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。」

「Its an hotel apartment nothing special rooms was big but its a very old hotel,ac was.not cold」

「Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.」

「Very nice located club with Pool (Open 10-6/7 pm). Very Layed back. Friendly Open-minded Stuff, giving Great advice e.g. where to Go best for día de canarias or where you can find the best local markets. No Party Location. We had a large 2 Bedroom Appartment with Two bathrooms and a huge balcony, which was Perfect for 2 adults and two kids. Nearby is a small mall área with excellent Restaurants and a Dino Supermarked. That was fine for us. As it is close to TF Sur Airport you can hear the planes...

「The location was Perfect . We were very impressed with the facilities on site . The apartments were Clean and well furnished, With All Self Catering appliances required . We hope to return soon and stay longer . 」

「Stayed here a number of times since 1999. First time back in 7 years, apartments have been updated. Loved the showers, bedrooms, patio doors plus TV and sun loungers which have super cushions. Kitchen is nice but doors and drawers weren't in line so didn't shut properly which is disappointing. Saying that we would definitely go back. 」

「Staff are absolutely fantastic at this resort, thankfully, as expedia telephone agents absolutely messed things up for my family's holiday and the staff here helped us through the most stressful evening with care, patience and good thought. For that i am forever grateful 🙏 」

「Fantastic time - had an amplified suite with a hot tub which was amazing- room well equipped with comfy bed - great variety and quality in the main buffet both at breakfast and dinner 」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「We had a lovely holiday with 3 kids aged 3-8. The pools are very well maintained with a range of deep pools and the splash pools for the little one. The buffet is better than average but not brilliant for vegetarians and food wasn't always labelled. The drinks are good quality with a large selection for everyone with plenty of cocktails both alcoholic and non. Would definitely reccomend for a family holiday.」
