「Breakfast menu is vey comprehensive, with hot items cooked to order. Lovely large comfortable dining area overlooking views to the outside. Hotel has the front, cruise docking area, shops, many delightful bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. Rooms are well sized and cleaned, and all staff are welcoming. Roof bar and pool a bonus, also serves a wide variety of drinks, cocktails and food to order.」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Every thing was excellent management were very helpful in establishing the root cause of a booking problem. Only criticism was the in house prices of the bar & poolside drinks and sessions restaurant in the evening €45 each excluding drinks was very expensive considering the quality and variety of the food served 」

「Beautiful Hotel with lovely staff who went out of their way to help. Nice walk into town although uphill on the way back , taxi only 4 euros anyway. Would definitely stay again . Breakfast was outstanding.」
