「This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. 「When we arrived they told us they had upgraded our room to a larger size so we had a living room as well as a bedroom. Everything was amazing. From the food to the friendly staff. We didn’t spend much time at the beach because there was a limited area for the beach and there weren’t many chairs there but the pools were great. We loved the pool with the basketball hoops inside. We had a lot of fun there especially when the DJ was playing music. There was always someone ready to take our drink...
