「Small hotel with unbeatable location right on Vilano Beach with short drive to downtown St. Augustine. All rooms have an ocean view with small balcony (though first floor may be partially obstructed by sand dunes (we were on second floor)). Hotel is very pet friendly (and dogs are allowed on the beach). Friendly/helpful staff. No pool; breakfast decent not great. Still worth it.」

「A jewel in St Augustine. This hotel is very clean and all the staff were friendly and more than helpful. We started our day at the included breakfast area. A very nice assortment of items. Our waitress , Melinda, was so friendly she made breakfast a pleasure. The view from our room was tranquil in the am and lively at sunset. We did not use the pool but other guests appeared to enjoy it. We would return 」

「Located in the heart of St Augustine close to shops and monuments. As an inn, it’s ok — quiet, clean, parking included. The food could use a bit of improvement, and some aspects of the building could use a refresh. 」

「Property is about a mile away from St. George Street which I consider to be the downtown historic district. Therefore, it is a car drive with a $20 parking fee or an Uber if you want to go downtown. For the same reason, I find that a major hotel brand with its own parking lot to be nickel and diming guests to pay a nightly parking fee which also happens to be $20. But I guess that's a cost to figure into a travel budget to a tourist destination nowadays. Other than that, hotel was spotless,...

「This is a nice B & B in the beautiful historic district in St Augustine. It is in walking distance to everything you could possibly want to see or do. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Management did move our room from upstairs to the first floor, as my husband has some health issues, and we appreciated this. 」

「The hotel and rooms smell very clean but after taking my shoes off in my room, it was obvious not all areas had been swept/vacuumed. Location is the best! Staff was always friendly and helpful. The condition of the room itself could’ve been better for a Hilton. Maintenance is not a priority here. One of our lamps wasn’t working, the bathroom vent fan was broken and there was no AC going to the bathroom. The room thermostat was off by several degrees- having to set it to 66° to make the room 70°....
