「Small, boutique property well cared for by owners who have restored it to be in line with its interesting history. Super easy check-in and checkout and close to the historic downtown.」

「Sorry this is not a bed and breakfast this is part of a hotel chain, they charge you an extra fee for booking with a 3rd party when you show up, you have to go to the main hotel to get in your place. They make the bed during the stay but don’t take out the trash. The place is cluttered and dated. The only good thing was the hot tub. Will not be staying with this place or the hotel. I wanted a true bed and breakfast which this was absolutely not. 」

「Pros: Good breakfast; clean rooms with what you'd expect in room: fridge, microwave, hairdryer. Pool was clean. Staff were friendly. Shuttle to St. Augustine for $5 per room! Cons: The bed and pillows weren't comfortable. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. It was hard to get a comfortable temperature in the room. We were also on the second floor and had to walk up two flights of stairs to get to our room.」

「The room was smaller than expected. There was just a full bed, but it is fine for one traveler. Unsure if there was construction on the second floor above me, but it was extremely noisy at all hours. It was clean,great parking and location. 」

「This property does not offer any parking at all. There are available parking spots all the way around this hotel. But you cannot park in them between midnight and 6:00 a.m. or you will be towed forcing you to use their valet service which is an unexpected cost daily. You are unable to access your vehicle when it is parked in their valet garage which became a huge issue when I could not get to my asthma inhaler that I had left in my car. This medical emergency landed me on the floor of the lobby...

「Shower door wouldn’t stay shut and would open by itself.. track not level. 2 restaurants but no menus in rooms.. they should have that. Had an issue with valet where our car was parked outside on the exit ramp for 2 days, they didn’t know where it was at. Blaimed on new staff, but manager took off charges. No one came by to clean our room or ask us if we needed anything for 2 days. Had to get items from front desk. Staff generally nice, great breakfast, and beautiful property… just need to...

「Overall really nice, the room have a little smell to it, we added fresh era, and I believe adding breakfast would be pretty nice, given the rate. Other than that, it’s a great place 」

「Expectations exceeded! Highly recommend the Conch House. Cool place with a Marina. The lounge and restaurant were excellent as well. Newly renovated pool was 🔥 Best “motel” experience ever! Thank you very much! We will be back for sure! 」
