"Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Location was great so many places to eat and eat within walking distance. After a long day on the road was nice to park the car and not need it to get anywhere."

"Our room was very clean and it had great water pressure. Staff was friendly. Excellent breakfast. Lovely views, but the noise level on the river was terrible. Television didn’t work properly … froze the whole time we used it. Terrible coffee maker. I would stay again, but not on the weekend."

"The beds were very comfortable, showers clean but the shower doors leaked water onto the floor outside of the shower. While the room was nice, it was super tiny. We had a 2 queen room for 4 adults. There was less than 2 feet between the beds and less than 2 feet between the beds and the desk and TV. You couldn’t walk around the room all at once and add the 4 bags we had our stuff in…way to small. The rooms with multiple beds should be bigger. Especially for the $300 a night price. "

"We had a great time staying at the Citizens. Everyone employed was so friendly. We caught Music in the Park and Sac Pride while being out there for a conference. Our room was bigger than expected. The food was so really good, especially their breakfast. I wish we had more time to explore their book of cases in the lobby wow. "

"The double sinks were great. The bathroom was big. TV’s in both livingroom and bedroom. Kitchen well stocked if you want to cook your own meal. Sofa and bed squeaked too much but other than the squeaking, it was a great room. Other thing that sucked was: Parking was $20 for 2 cars. "

"Terrible experience. I reserved the room on Hotel.com and had arrived very late to the hotel after a long day of travel only to be turned away and advised that they are no longer in business. My question is…why is it it still listed and why did they take my money? Hmm. "

"The room was great, but this place is old and kind of dark and gloomy. However, I felt safe and reasonably comfortable. The staff is pretty cool, and that made a difference. The free breakfast is cool if you're a preschooler, btw."
