Sacramento 3 Stars Hotels

"The room was nice. Sort of military grade, but it was OK. Temperature was warm and we could not find the Thermostat. Elevator was broke so we had to use Stairs we are luggage. Which could have been rectified if we would’ve got a unit on the bottom since it did not look like all the units were filled. They did have an electric charger, which was cool. The Bartender at the office officer Club was very helpful and we had a good time there."

"Our stay at the Hyatt House Sacramento Airport was exactly what I expected. Lovely, clean and spacious room that would have been comfortable for an extended stay. The staff was very helpful and patiently answered all our transportation questions. Only one aspect was lacking: while the breakfast was very tasty, most items were lukewarm. And, yes, we will stay here again when we return to Sacramento."

"There were stains by the door that looked like blood, living room light didn't work, small refrigerator was warm but finally started to work and 2 spots in the ceiling where material had fallen down. Strong pot smell getting off of elevator. For the price paid, I would expect better."

"Everything was fine until I got home and there was a $50.00 charge on my debit card. I tried several times to speak with the hotel staff but nobody answered the phone??? I therefore called my bank and had the charge cancelled which they did immediately. So what’s up?"
