「The check in was hard. I didn’t get the email until after I’d been at property for two hours. We found a guy at the pool and he showed us to the lady that checked us in. They did have a company come in to check water leaks for two hours but they did try to stay out of the way. The bed was wet due to a leak but they are aware of it. There were ants that were in the doorways. Overall, not a bad stay」

「There were furnishings from other apartments outside, including a sink. My husband tripped over a tear in the hem of the drapes and fell into the balcony. Also, there were questionable stains on the outside furniture. 」

「After driving from a road trip we arrived to a room that was not cleaned or wiped down. We switched rooms 3 times before we got to the room we stayed in. They were not cleaned properly or thoroughly. We expected basic cleaning for the rooms. The staff seemed nice but they offered very little support and assistance after 3rd room. 「The view was incredible, closeness and access to the water was perfect. The shower was peeling, ceiling was terrible stained, dirty and in some places damaged. 1hr into us checking in, we decided to lay down and take a nap and was instead greated with the maintenance man walking in to warm up his food. Lights were on and he still felt the need to enter. This tells me that its normal for staff to use rooms in between guest. This means your room is never 100% unused or clean. When i brought this...

The efficiency & courtesy of the front desk staff, the friendliness of the bartender (& excellent mixed drinks), the fantastic flatbread we ordered from room service ... all terrific!
