「Our stay was amazing. We landed early and since there was no previous renter, they let us store our bags in the house prior yo check in. They were easily reachable when needed and very accommodating! We also had air conditioner problems when we got there and the maintenance guy was out within hours to fix the problem! Also, it’s SECONDS away from the public beach access which was amazing!! This trip was definitely amazing and the house size, location and easy beach access was unreal!!」

「They gave away my king room and charged me $25.00 extra for a double queen room after they gave away my room that I already paid for. The breakfast didn't have many choices to choose from, and the pancake machine was broken.」

「I went for a solo trip to Panama City Beach for the weekend, I booked the weekend here and overall it was great. The staff was nice and helpful, parking was very convenient, amenities was really good. The room was great, but my only concern was it was hair on floor in the bathroom before I came to stay from a previous guest. Overall, my stay was wonderful. I had no problems. I'll definitely book here again.」

「Our room had NOT been cleaned! We got 2 rooms, they separated our rooms so my husband and I separated and he took 3 and I took 3 we all ended up in one room bc our rooms was so dirty! Front desk lady was helpful she took my photos and said she would request refund but none had been refunded」

「It started out we got there early and was unable to check in which is OK but was told they would call us and never did. When I returned after 4 there were 3 other people there that was told the exact same thing but did not happen. When we got into the room it was very hot and had a foul odor. There was black mode noted on the ceilings. We were on the 1st floor and could walk directly outside and when we did there was broken glass just outside our room. We never saw staff to be able to tell them...

「It was water spilling on the charger wall by the lamp and damaged my charger, looks like water was spilling from the ceiling , they put the coffee maker in the bathroom…. That’s it All I have to say.」

「We were skeptical about the property initially because of the exterior of the building but once we got into the room we were pleasantly surprised. Fresh clean rooms with plenty of towels . The beach front was beautiful but how does one mess up an oceanview? You can’t. Now comes the part that was not good AT ALL, the breakfast. They provide the same thing EVERYDAY. 「Location wise it’s great! Literally right on the beach. The day time staff was super nice! The lady who works the night shift is RUDE and can tell she clearly hates her job. The rooms aren’t super great. The first room we were in, the ceiling was bubbling and cracked. When it rained for half a day, we had to switch rooms bc the roof was leaking.
