「Very convenience for early flight 」

「Beautiful hotel even looking through storm Claudia! The food was first class in the restaurant with some of the best chicken I've tasted. The room was lovely and little touches like light coming on when you opened the cupboard & a night light in the bathroom added to the stay. Bed was soft and comfortable. Very pleasant stay with lovely staff and if we ever go up that was again, definitely high on our list to stay: just hope the weather is better :-)」

「I stayed here to visit my son at Birmingham University. The hotel was just fantastic. The room was so clean and welcoming and spacious too. I was wowed when I walked in. The shower was hot and powerful and I had a couple of the best nights sleep in the double bed all to myself. I didn't eat at the hotel, but the tea and coffee facilities in the room were great. Coffee bags rather than granules and decaf tea bags too. I was so impressed with this hotel, even though it was a short 2 night stay. I...

「Fairly good, the receptionist didn’t introduce the hotel facilities to me when I checked in. No cleaning service during two days.」
