「We had a lovely stay and also met up with family members. Our room was fresh, clean, comfortable and very welcoming. We had intended to use the spa facilities and the pool, which looked lovely but we ran out of time unfortunately ! We will return ! 「Nice clean hotel, very very handy for Birmingham Town Centre. Within easy walking distance of many restaurants, bars, venues and tram stops. Loads of places to plug devices in and free wi-fi worked well. Would say the lights were oddly low, so the room was quite dark but not a huge issue. Breakfast was great. I parked at the nearby Q-Park, only a short walk from the hotel, and was able to pre-book so just drove straight there.」
