Really enjoyed our stay, hotel is modern and spotless. Breakfast quality was a real positive. Room was cosy and the beds were very comfortable. Great location in the city! Only slight negative was line for check-in was always quite long although the staff were polite and professional!

As is not my first time staying at Clayton Hotel I love coming here thinking of my second home. The service is well too good to miss it I do recommend other people to come and stay ad least for one night they will definitely going to like it.

Easy online check-in made arrival quick and hassle-free, with fast service at reception. My allocated room wasn’t quite ready when I arrived, so I was kindly upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. I ended up with a spacious room and a super king-size bed all to myself. I attended a conference at the hotel, and both the service and the food were excellent throughout. The staff were professional and attentive, helping to make the experience very enjoyable. If I am ever in Birmingham again, I will definitely stay at the Clayton Hotel.
