「Wonderful large room. Luxurious and bed and pillows were really comfy. Spotless bathroom with lovely smelling toiletries. All staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend highly as so convenient for getting from the station and visiting the Xmas Market. 」

「Lovely spacious room which is well appointed and furnished tastefully. We did not eat food at the restaurant/ bar on this occasion but would certainly give it a go if we have a need to stay in Birmingham again in the future. Staff were really helpful and friendly and location wise the hotel is a reasonably short walk to venues such as Utilita arena.」

「Maybe we stay at the hotel on Sat, it was very noise downstair until midnight, becasue there is a amusement opposite to the hotel. the car parking is very limit, not easy to get the parking in the hotel. The room is not very clean. The receptionest will not let you feel welcome. 」

「Room is neat, not too small. No slippers and toothbrushes provided until we asked for. Breakfast is good with variety of drinks and bread. 」

「Everything was lovely. My one concern was the key safe. I didnt realise that you had to tirn the little button on the top to open it. A minor thing but would be nice to have known rather than phone for help. 」
