Let us begin at the beginning. The reception staff were amazing: Jinnelle and her team treated us as though we were values members of their family. The room was spacious and sparking clean. The room was a bit dated lots of scratches on the furniture, but other than that the hotel was exceptional the breakfast was outstanding and the Hyatt lounge, all though smaller than expected was nice and very comfortable, the staff was also super friendly and helpful.
