Excellent stay! The hotel was absolutely beautiful and all done up for Christmas — it looked gorgeous! Our room surpassed expectations; the beds were super comfy and the bathroom was lovely. Not my first time staying here and every time I’ve enjoyed my stay. The buffet breakfast has a delicious range and the staff are very nice. The beds are so comfy and the bathroom is gorgeous and super clean. However, I wish the housekeeping team were a tiny bit more attentive when providing their service e.g. not enough towels or slippers but other than that all good.

Stayed two nights (Thurs/Fri) while on a solo trip exploring Birmingham and the surrounding area into the Cotswolds. Was very conveniently located, clean and helpful staff. The hotel gym was excellent and one of the better ones I’ve experienced as there were so many options for different types of workout. Room very tidy and appreciated the coffee provision!
