We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It’s in a lovely, quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of the main city, which made it perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. The room was fantastic, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was a brilliant bonus, especially after a busy day. We had such a lovely and relaxing stay and honestly couldn’t fault it. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

We chose the option with no window as we were only arriving very late and leaving early - the room was excellent and ideal for a one night stay but if staying longer I would go for the room with a window option.

The location was great for everything we wanted to do in Birmingham. The hotel was nicely decorated, staff friendly, coffee/tea in the lobby. The room was compact and using the shower covered the other bathroom facilities in water! but it dried quickly. Ideal for a short say, we would book again.

A decent property in Birmingham. Staff were friendly and approachable. Property was clean and well maintained. Negatives: lack of parking and lack of secure, safe public parking close by. Lack of amenities in the room; however, tea and coffee was available from reception.

Possibly the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Bed was comfy, difficult for two of us to get dressed in the room at the same time 😂. Basic common area amenities, mention of a grab and go breakfast but no sign of one. Paid coffee machine in lobby. Good venue in nice part of Brum close to pretty St Paul’s Square. Probably won’t stay there again, but it was ok.
