The hotel was great overall, perfect location and the staff were wonderful. Our only critique is that the room soundproofing isn’t great if you’re a light sleeper, we could hear people walking around above us and noise from the room next door

The rooms are super clean and quite big. Me and my son had 4 huge suitcases and they fit in the room including 2 beds. We use to walk to Bullring mall and back. Our room use to get cleaned everyday by Marlene( Amazing Woman). There were so many restuarants just around the hotel. Very safe. Tesco express next door. I would recommend this hotel anytime. Bogdan and Ian were very helpful and kind.

This is a very well located hotel in a busting part of the city, on the canalside with a wonderful selection of restaurants and bars. The hotel is very comfortable, modern and well appointed. Breakfast is quite mediocre though as it's not freshly cooked.
