The room was lovely and airy, plenty of storage, bathroom was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful. Had a lovely meal in the restaurant and breakfast was good. I have taken one star off because the wait for the lifts was very long, I struggle with stairs due to Arthritis in my knees, and being on the 4th floor, I would find using the stairs difficult. Only 3 lifts for the size of hotel is challenging, but I’m not sure anything can be done about this, and it is only a small inconvenience.

Excellent stay! The hotel was absolutely beautiful and all done up for Christmas — it looked gorgeous! Our room surpassed expectations; the beds were super comfy and the bathroom was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed this hotel very much. Slept comfortably and loved that it was close to Symphony Hall and Bullring (city centre). We took a bus and got there in under 10 mins.

Not my first time staying here and every time I’ve enjoyed my stay. The buffet breakfast has a delicious range and the staff are very nice. The beds are so comfy and the bathroom is gorgeous and super clean. However, I wish the housekeeping team were a tiny bit more attentive when providing their service e.g. not enough towels or slippers but other than that all good.
