「Lovely hosts - friendly and helpful. Bright, airy and very clean. Comfy bed. Loved the flapjack in the fridge! It was a very hot petiod in July - so did need fan on all night - and they had thought to have it on before we arrived. Parking space was a real bonus! 」

「We had a very pleasant stay at the Hadley Bowling Green Inn - a great welcome, good dinner and breakfast, quiet room. We were surprised at how full the restaurant was on a Tuesday evening for a country pub which isn't even in a hamlet! They must be doing something right.」

「We happened to stay during a heatwave. The room had no air conditioning, only a fan. The room was spacious but really needs an update. The corners of the bed and the duvet cover were torn. The wallpaper was also peeling. The bathroom renovation was acceptable. Breakfast was in buffet style but the refills were too slow—there was nothing left to eat and all the juices ran out.」
