「Nice place. They mean it when they say limited housekeeping as you're expected to sort all trash, wash out containers, & put them in their appropriate recycling bins. If you don't like country or narrow roads this isn't the place for you but I live in the country so didn't bother me except for the really narrow badly kept roads.
