「Mijn 2de keer dat ik heb een overnachting geboekt hier. Mooi schoon kamers. Geweldig pub met lokaal bieren. Geweldig eigenaar en medewerkers. Heel vriendelijke lokale mensen en 5 minuten lopen van het stad centrum. Engels ontbijt van de hoogste niveau voor 9 1/2 pond. Mooi beer garden en gratis parkeren voor gasten. Top top locatie en niet duur.」

「A very cosy & modern hotel in a quiet & secure location with the loveliest yet professional staff. Spent a night during the work trip, was a perfect place to unwind despite being on the warmest day of the year! Food from the Bistro was very good & the breakfast was Excellent with a wide range of quality choices. Highly recommend for work trip as well as short getaway. Will definitely visit for latter next time!」

「This hotel is a hidden gem! The host, Maria, is truly wonderful. Her attention to detail is fab, and she couldn't be anymore helpful and welcoming. Maria stayed late for my colleagues check in and then came in early to accommodate us for an early breakfast. The dinner was divine - strongly recommend the tikka curry. Home cooked, beautiful meal. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I will ensure I book here when I visit Birmingham again!!!」

「I’ve stayed here before, and it’s usually really nice, but during the heat wave the air-conditioning was utterly useless and it was impossible to sleep.」

「The property is quirky and has a boutique feel in a very attractive building. However the room was not well maintained with a cracked pane of glass in the window, grubby corners, badly marked paintwork. Having booked the room online and seen it - I was not advised that the room was in the attic, and that there were 2 flights of stairs to access it. the second one being very steep and narrow. If I had been given this information I would not have booked this room. The parking was good and well...

「Upon arrival, we were informed the pool is faulty and can’t be accessed. The carpet on the hallways was extremely dirty. The room has very poor lighting. The bathroom had only a shower so it’s not convenient if you don’t want to wet your hair. There was dirty plates and rubbish left infront of most rooms for hours. Also, for breakfast, I would rate it 5/10. The buffet was stored in rusted heavy bowls and lids you will have to lift up. Also there was no hot chocolate just coffee and tea bags....

「The staff were helpful, the hotel was clean- however, on the Friday evening when I arrived the Internet was down, and still down when I went out after 9 am Saturday morning. Otherwise, a comfortable stay.」
