「Nice hotel 」

「Fairly good, the receptionist didn’t introduce the hotel facilities to me when I checked in. No cleaning service during two days.」

Contacted me prior to arrival to check if I needed anything or information which made me feel confident about the stay beforehand, was very welcoming and personable and I felt genuine care about me and my stay at Domo. Couldn’t ask for anything more from a host and something which is rare in hotels in my experience.」

「Just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the staff who were so kind and helped us get into the car park in the heavy snow when our car couldn’t make it!! Absolutely couldn’t fault this hotel, the room was clean, lovely and spacious, in a great location easy to find and get to. Breakfast was really great and overall the stay was such a reasonable price, all of the staff were friendly and so helpful. Would absolutely recommend, thanks again :)」

「Nice clean hotel, very very handy for Birmingham Town Centre. Within easy walking distance of many restaurants, bars, venues and tram stops. Loads of places to plug devices in and free wi-fi worked well. Would say the lights were oddly low, so the room was quite dark but not a huge issue. Breakfast was great. I parked at the nearby Q-Park, only a short walk from the hotel, and was able to pre-book so just drove straight there.」

「I didn't use breakfast, so I can't comment about it. I am not qualified to characterise the eco-friendly aspects. It is annoying that the survey doesn't allow alternative options for answers. However, my stay at Mercure Hotel West Bromwich was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had situations.
