Clean, comfortable and plenty of parking space
Breakfast was very good too.
It was good , as it had free car park , shops near , and quite enough space within the room .
Bad stuff within the room was the tv was very old so could do with update. Was lampshades in the room however, wasn’t no switch around anywhere . And the bathroom lock was very hard . Plus the bathroom outlet wasn’t good as bathroom would get soaked from shower .
This little gem made a stay in the area that much better, the staff were super super helpful and friendly and the whole place was spotlessly clean, yes it has a few tatty areas that could be addressed but eveything else out weighs that.
Never been to the area and experienced the hospitality at such a high standard.
Well done all
Very nice hotel, helpful staff and friendly. The hotel was in a very convenient position at jct. 2 on the M5.The restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.
It was all I needed for a visit to Dudley to see family. Convenient, room was satisfactory (although no info sheet - I had to go down to reception to find wifi password and breakfast times) Phone in the room didnt appear to work.
Bed was comfortable, a beautiful blossom tree was outside my window. Parking was good and breakfast was ideal.

Very reasonably priced hotel in good location. Plenty of parking space. Very pleasant staff. Went out of their way to accommodate us. Would definitely recommend staying here.
