A nice quiet room like I asked for. Everything felt clean. The single bed needs replacing because the mattress tilted. Manager Sam was great when I gave feedback. Things have improved massively since she took over.

Quite old establishment. Unlucky day for me the Floors/carpet were not vacuumed that day, i could see and smell it. To make it worse the clean new linen was placed on those dirty floors by the cleaning staff who change out the linen - make beds in the morning. Explains the hairs i found on my freshly made bed.

Stayed for a few nights as was visiting someone in area. Room was nice and clean absolutely perfect for what we needed. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Plenty of parking which coming with the stay was super helpful. would return.

Great stay at the Bournbrook with my eleven year old son. The staff were brilliant and friendly throughout, and just couldn’t do enough for us. It’s such good value and ideal for our trip to Birmingham. We ate in the restaurant and both meals we had were good. It’s my third visit here and I’ll certainly be back when I next visit Birmingham

Great stay at the Inn in a quiet room. The location was perfect for us as it is just down the road from Cadbury World. Food was amazing and staff really friendly. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean, staff were extremely friendly, there is ample parking on site and the breakfast was good. The hotel itself could do with a revamp as it is a little dated, however if you are in Birmingham for 1 or 2 nights it is a good option and easy to get to the city centre.
