We stayed here for one night as we were attending the NEC. The hotel was the closest to it. We found the room nice and clean but the noise of some music way past 1.30 am was not ideal. Couldn’t sleep very well due to this. The mattress protector far too big for the bed and ruffled up all night, quite annoying. Breakfast was good.

Warm and friendly hotel staff, the room was amazing! The bed super comfortable and the L-shaped sofa to watch tv, was nice too. Breakfast was also great, highly recommend, no disappointments. Obviously the use of the spa was great.

Perfect for a stay when attending an event nearby

There’s so much do in and outside the area! They offer a lot considering you are living in an outlet for retail, the do an amazing job of welcoming guests and notifying them about events, locations and facility times.

I stay here every year. I feel really safe as a solo traveller. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The spa is amazing. Some wear i noticed in the room this time. Black in the corner of the bath. Its expensive due to Horse of the year being on but i do love the hotel. I recommend and will be back next year

The Genting is located in a large shopping area with a casino, arcade, and spa. It's very modern and close to the airport. The Sky Bar Cafe, for breakfast and dinner, is exceptional. The Spa is open to guests at certain hours, and it has wonderful services. I got a deep tissue massage, Indian head massage, and a facial--all were great!
