Very clean hotel throughout. Staff polite & helpful. Bathroom shower pressure was amazing. Located on the 1st floor near generators but this didn't impact on ability to sleep. Bed was very comfortable.

Room was nice and spacious, shower was a little tight for my partner (he is quite broad though Lol) and there was no bin in the bedroom although there was a little one in the bathroom. Outside of those factors... The room was lovely and clean... Staff even left a cute note on the desk for us : ) and were friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay again

We were in Birmingham for one night to see a play at the Alexandra Theatre, which was a short walk around the corner from the hotel. The NCP car park was 100 yards away and extremely convenient, albeit a little expensive (£30 for 24 hrs). All in all, the hotel was in a fantastic location and very convenient for our trip.

Perfect location for the city centre and and 15 min walk from utilita which is why I booked it. Rooms were basic but clean. Aircon didn't work but reception offered an industrial fan in the room as a close second as no opportunity to change room (heatwave 30 degrees) breakfast was good, lots of selection. Overall average stay. Great location.

Extremely friendly staff. I asked if I could possibly check in a little earlier which was accommodated as my daughter was in dire need of a nap! Very handy location as only 5/10 mins from Bullring and also very close to the Gay Village for the Pride festival. Have stayed here for the last 4 Pride events and will stay again :)

I booked this hotel for two nights when my son was competing near by. It said the room came with a fridge which was part of the reason for booking. On arrival we were told there was no fridge but we could have an ice bucket - disappointing. The room was very small and tired. The bathroom was old with black spots along the bath rim - just felt grubby. The coffee making was in the open single wardrobe so that your clothes hung over and on the kettle and cups. We tried to change rooms but none were available. The staff were pleasant and breakfast was okay but the room was very disappointing.

Room was spotlessly clean , bathroom very clean and equipped with all the necessary soaps , Shampoos etc . Daily room clean spot on . Fabulous breakfast. Very comfortable stay .
