「Very convenient in the middle of Stratford Upon Avon. 10min easy walk from train station. Friendly staff. Comfy room and bed. Stairs are steep so if you have mobility restrictions could be a little awkward but not many steps and I had no issue with it. Some noise in the morning around 7.30am with keg delivery for the pub downstairs which woke me but if you're an early riser that wouldn't be an issue and was niyand peaceful the rest of the time. Overall an excellent stay and I'll be back!」

「Stayed for one night and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. A warm welcome, excellent room and facilities, fabulous breakfast, and I even got to play with the dogs, a couple of red Welsh collies, after breakfast. All staff were so welcoming and helpful. 」

「Exceptional great cottage with spacious area inside. Well-equipped with all necessary facilities and excellent service provided. Great breakfast with good value for money.」

「Ideally located within easy walking distance to town centre. The property had shared parking with other houses on the terrace. The room was big enough with en suite bathroom and nice decor. Very clean and tidy. Tea and coffee making facilities as well as a haird dryer. The landlord was very pleasant and helpful. Full English breakfast was included. 」

「The host was very nice and friendly, and the room just felt like home. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with wonderful shower! Would definitely stay there again.」
