This guest house was superbly clean, comfortable and warm. Travelled with two other adults and had a spacious room which could easily have taken 4. We were welcomed by Lucy who instantly made us feel at home in Green Haven and the local area. Short distance from the town centre and theatre. Although on a main road was surprisingly quiet. Highly recommend it. Will definitely return.

The lady greeting us was really friendly and informative and welcoming. The place is spotlessly clean absolutely everywhere. Real attention to detail. Cooked breakfast was excellent in volume, quantity and quality. Superb start to the day. Room was very comfortable, immaculately clean and fantastic facilities. Our host Lucy was most welcoming and helpful. Short walk into downtown Stratford. The property was extremely clean. I would say the room was small but the wonderful breakfast (the best we have had in our 2 and a half week stay in 7 different hotels in England) made up for that! The breakfast room was a cheery way to start the day too! Highly recommend!

Perfect stay

Lovely stay ,arrived a little early was able to park up and got in our room sooner than expected .Warm welcome upon arrival .Everything was spot on comfortable room with everything you need at arms length and topped off with a good nights sleep and tasty breakfast in exceptionally clean surroundings and easy walking distance of all the attractions.Very reasonably priced .The weather was great too !

I travelled by train for the marathon there. I had nice day in Stratford, but was pleased to check in. The proprietor was exceptionally kind and I realised she woke up early to make me breakfast before the marathon. I kept changing my needs because I wasn't sure what to eat before the race, but she was very accommodating. I only went for a single room, so perhaps i should have gone for a double, but it was a comfortable bed nonetheless and I got a decent sleep. Room was surprisingly big and the ensuite was clean and tidy. It was pretty quiet too, I didn't hear anyone else really for my stay, the petrol station next door I heard a tiny bit in the night, but I got back to sleep quickly. I can't fault my stay, it was great value and would definitely stay again if i'm ever back in Stratford.

I'd give 6 stars for service if I could. We stayed for a weekend and the hotel is an easy walk to the town. The room (3 bed) was big enough for the family, and the design was such that our little child could sleep in one room, while people watched TV in the other room. We'd stay again.

The property was extremely clean and the hosts were welcoming and accommodating. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the proximity to the town centre. Our bedroom was cozy and we appreciated the ensuite. The in-room kettle, tea, and complimentary biscuit was a lovely addition. Our cons are minimal - as a couple used to a king-sized bed, the double bed was a challenge for us. The first night, I wasn’t able to access wi-if. The host did come to assist immediately and was able to sign both me and my husband in, but as soon as he left, I got booted out. Not a tragedy as I had a book to read and everything worked find the second night we stayed.
