「Stayed two nights on business - first night had friendly and helpful staff - second night was completely different. Two more colleagues joined me and in checking in were advised that breakfast was not booked which it had been. Reception staff incredibly surly, rude and unhelpful. Heavily stained carpet in room 507. Comfortable bed. Breakfast ok but not great.」
