"The rooms were very well appointed. The staff were amazing. The reason gor the 4 stars in some categories was because the hot water in the sink was not very functional. Aside from that, I'd definitely return to this property. "

"This property is a shining example of what a 5 star hotel should strive to be. The staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are clean, convenient and abundant and the hotel room beds are ultra comfortable. It’s a joy filled feeling every time I pull into the circular drive and see the big, beautiful Ross Bridge hotel. "
"I liked the location, the check in process, and the friendly staff. The patio section could’ve been maintained better. As soon as you walk out of the back door it was a gutter or drainage pipe leaking at it caused some of the patio furniture to be wet. Also, the bar and restaurant was supposed to open at 5 and it was well after 5 before someone came to attend to the bar. We will come back and stay here though. Marking this as a safe place to stay in the area."
