"AC was okay. The room door lock and latch didn't work. Looks as door was forced entered. It is a smoking room. Everything has burn holes. Take a spray bottle of clorox"

"The safe was not working and the bathroom door would not close. Random hairs throughout the bathroom and generally not clean. Shower head could not be adjusted and fell to the bottom when left alone. Staff was very nice, especially the breakfast host and front desk. We have stayed multiple times at this property and each time it slips a little more. Property is beautiful but just needs attention to detail. "

"I stayed here with my 11 year old child. There was a used needle in our room. The manager of the establishment even admitted that he didn’t know if the rooms had been cleaned prior to me entering. Disgusted"
