「Nice location with shopping and restaurants in close proximity, felt safe, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice amenities, no issues, very good value.」

「Pretty clean property. The bathtub did not drain properly, standing water. The parking lot is very small, so they did not have parking for me my 1st night, but did have the remaining nights. The breakfast was average, nothing spectacular. I probably would choose another hotel if I return to the city of Birmingham, AL.」

The ceiling showed significant discoloration, staining, peeling, and dark spots consistent with prolonged moisture exposure. The damage was so severe that I did not feel safe staying in the room.
