"I don’t usually stay at resorts when I travel, but we decided to do a low-key week and we had an amazing time at excellence Riviera Cancun. Everybody that worked there was really nice to us. The food was amazing, the facilities and the grounds were clean and beautiful! I just I only have good things to say about this place. If you want a nice trip you want to relax and have a great time this is you place! As an added bonus, it’s child free which means no kids running around quiet nice grounds. It’s just a perfect holiday experience. "

"Wonderful stay. Beautiful resort and staff was very friendly. Food was great only thing that was disappointing is not being able to get food reservations for the 2 nights and the rest of the times that were available was 9;30 dinner times. "

"I went with my husband and some family and friends, and we had the best time! The staff was incredible, from the servers and bartenders to the housekeeping staff and events crew, they provided stellar service and were so friendly and fun! The resort itself is beautiful, very small and walkable, which was perfect for our taste. They put so much work in keeping the grounds groomed and clean, and you could tell. The place was gorgeous and both the public spaces and the rooms were so clean. The food was pretty good, Rita's Taco House being our absolute favourite. There was always activities and entertainment each night, but you could also just sit and relax! We would absolutely go back again."
