"First off, the name of the property is not visible so it was hard to find the place. The room was not in good condition. There were little insects on the bed, in the furniture, on the walls, and in the bathroom sink area. The bathtub definitely needs to be replaced it looks pretty old and dirty. The shower did not work! there was no water pressure. The air condition was making a lot of noise (imposible to sleep). There was stains of who knows what on almost every wall. "The shower flooded day1, safe was unuseable, fridge froze our food, oven didn't work, sewer smell emitting from bathroom sink, no sheet change for 9 days, only 1 set of beach towels provided, room was very shabby and not updated. I have pictures. No secure place to leave our luggage while waiting for our taxi on our last day.
