「O quarto muito bom, cama boa, banho bom. Recebemos agua e pipoca cortesia de boas-vindas. Muito gentis e atenciosos. Tivemos problema com o restaurante que fica nas dependências do hotel durante a noite de 31.12 (ano novo) mas acredito que não tenha envolvimento com o hotel. 」

「Very impressive. Staff was nice and enthusiastic. The room was spacious, clean, and decent. Love the design of the mansion. It was a pity that we cannot try the fine dining at this beautiful hotel due to their maintenance. Will surely come back in the future!」

「The hotel is new and clean. Bed is comfortable. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Location is good, just 2 mins walk from Westfield San Francisco Center or the Powell Street station. No homeless is spotted on the Turk Street entrance, and it is manned by security guards and you will feel safe around the hotel area. Will definitely stay here again the next time I go to SFO.」
