The staff was very kind and rooms are Definitely different small so always look at the srqft. Per room. 「Really chic hotel. Cool pool with open bar. The restaurant we ate at outside because the decor is so cool but the menu is awful, they don’t offer any normal options except a double burger , we did like the food at all. Also there is food/drink service by pool but the menu once again is awful, why are there not any nice wraps, paninis, simple choices. The cafe was my go to, cold water , sodas , fresh bakery items. The rooms are very basic but chic. I wish the bathrooms would have fans gets so...

「Excellent hotel in a great location. A few small changes would make every category a 5star....the TV isn't located to easily view while sitting on the sofa; a more central placement would allow people to use the sofa and watch while in bed. Also, there was no bathroom ventilation, so it quickly got steamy making it difficult to get ready. And there should be eighter a bathroom nightlight or a dimmer - turning the light on to use the facilities at night resulted in waking the whole room. 」

「Everyone at Charleston Place was fantastic warm and accommodating. Roosevelt helped made sure our luggage was safe and secure, the front desk people that we got the right room, the housekeeper lady that we had everything, the restaurant servers as well wonderful and so were all the valet guys. Good management. Thank you! 」

「The Inn is beautiful. We stayed in the king room and loved everything about it. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the location is perfect. There is so much to do and see within walking distance. 」

「We loved our stay. This was our third time staying at Ainsonbourgh Inn. They are doing renovation on the building but that was not a problem for us. The location is very convenient and walkable. We love the building and the helpful and friendly staff. We plan to stay here on our next trip to Charleston. 」

「We chose this location because we appreciate boutique hotels in walkable areas. We liked that breakfast and wine hour were included. Our king room was fairly typical. The noise level due to proximity to elevators and the noisy ventilation system was very distracting at all hours of day and night. We used the white noise machine, which helped a bit. Lobby was comfortable and the wine hour was very welcoming. it would have been nice to offer beer or soft drinks for those who don't like...

「One of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed in! From the second you walk in you are greeted by the most friendly staff & a welcome drink :) The rooms were so clean and cute. The location is perfect with just a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. I can't wait to stay here again!」

「Das Hotel hat uns in jeder Hinsicht gut gefallen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der beheizte Pool auf der Dachterrasse und das große Zimmer. Leider war die Hotellobby und das Restaurant sehr kühl. Fürs Frühstück gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe ein hübsches Café mit einem schönen Garten (Kudu Coffee an der 4 Vanderhorst Street). Auch gute Restaurants git es in der Nähe. Im Parkhaus gegenüber ist es etwas billiger als das Valetparking des Hotels.」
