Rusty stains in the tub and showers. Sheets were stained. Don't book based on pictures. I was in room 3741 and was disappointed. Maintenance and the manager fixed some of the issues including the AC. 」

「We arrived at noon time in Ft. Lauderdale and a quick uber ride to the hotel in Hollywood, Florida. We were greeted at the desk and was told our room would not be ready until 4:00 pm because they were cleaning it. No problem, I would prefer to wait and walk into a clean room! We walked into our room and never smelled any type of cleaning products. The drawers holding the silverware and pots and pans are disgusting and have never been cleaned.
